Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License
